Swing: Instructions for Standard Indoor Ceilings with Wood Studs

1. Locate an open area in the room, approximately 4-5 feet away from walls or ceiling fans.
2. Use a stud finder to identify a support stud or beam in the ceiling.
3. Select a drill bit smaller than the eye screw included in the package to ensure a secure fit.
4. Drill two holes through the ceiling and into the wood beam.
5. Place the mounting plate over the holes and screw the plate into the stud.
6. Attach the carabiner to the screw eye or one of the daisy chain loops.
7. With the daisy chain fastened to the bolt, you can easily clip the carabiner to the desired loop to adjust the height.
